Outdoor Adventure in the Edison Neighborhood

[ January 11, 2012; 2:00 PM to 4:15 PM. ] We’ll practice some skills that have been introduced before like tree identification, compass reading, and decoders and work on some new skills like making maps.  This is in preparation for their geocaching or letter boxing adventure later this term.

Crazy Science Activities

[ January 25, 2012; 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM. ] Plenty of science fun is planned for the boys at the Lieberman residence.  We’ll learn about water’s surface tension, blow things up in the microwave (ok, just “expand them”), and try to float eggs among other science activities.
